Tulip came to us as a special needs bunny. Her left hind leg is noticeably shorter than the right one, and is improperly shaped, most likely due to a birth defect. Since we think Tulip has had this condition since birth, she does not know that she is "different" from other bunnies. She thinks she is perfectly normal and she does just about everything other bunnies do. Her leg does not slow her down one iota - she runs, jumps, and plays just like any other happy, healthy bunny her age. She needs no medication or special treatment. The only thing she wants is a loving home that will let her run and play and have fun with her family.
