I adopted "Reese" two years ago in June. You may remember him, he had some unique qualities, he is a mini lop eared Tortie without his two front teeth. Anyway, we are all very happy, he has grown a little and warmed up a lot, loves to be brushed and loves to play outside (with supervision) in our enclosed patio. He can be pretty snuggly and will sit in my lap for hours while I brush him, he really has developed a sweet disposition.
Sometimes I think he might like a friend, but I worry that he couldn't defend himself if the adjustment phase comes to bites, (well I guess he could GUM the other bunny!). Then I saw "Darkness" on your site. I am just wondering what you experts think about rabbits needing companionship, (he is in his three level cage when we are not at home and at night, but we get him out almost everyday to brush or play).
